SKONNECT AMS REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Refund:
SKonnect AMS wants you to be completely satisfied with its services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a refund, only under the following conditions:

If your Refund Request is made within 5 days from the day of subscription activation.

If you have not received any previous refund or the same subscription.
Kindly Note: The refund related to academy students’ fees is not within the scope of SKonnect AMS. The subscription holder (Academy/Owner) will be responsible for the same.
Process for Refund:
To request a refund, you are requested to contact our customer support team at support@skonnect.io. Kindly provide your subscription details, along with an explanation of why you are requesting the same. Our support team will review your request and revert within 5-7 working days.
Approval for Refund:
Upon successful approval of your refund, we will process the refund and the same will be reflected based on the duration of mode of your payment, i.e Credit Card, UPI, and others. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Kindly note, it may take upto 30 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing duration.
Conditions for No Refund:
Refund will not be initiated in the following conditions:

If you have violated our terms of Service or User Policy,

If your Refund Request is made after the above-mentioned refund period is expired.

If you have previously received a refund for the same subscription.

If the request is made because of changes in your business needs, budget, or any other reason that is beyond the functionality of our product.
Refund during the Trial Period:
If you are using SKonnect AMS during a trial period, no refunds will be issued. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your period ends, and you will not be charged.
Cancelling the Subscription:
You may terminate or cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access to SKonnect AMS until the completion of the current billing period. Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods.
Refund Policy Modification:
SKonnect reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes made will be made effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our official website, www.skonnect.io. You are requested to review this policy periodically.
